Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at annelsshop.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours at annelsshop.store@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods
- Items damaged through customer misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
